Rewrite & Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At The Career Studio, we stand behind every resume we write. This policy outlines the terms of our 90-Day Rewrite Guarantee and general refund conditions.

2. The 90-Day Rewrite Guarantee

If you do not receive at least one job interview within 90 days of receiving your completed resume, we will rewrite your resume from the ground up — free of charge. We'll revisit your target roles, refine your positioning, adjust keywords, and deliver a fresh version designed to get better results.

2.1 Eligibility Conditions

• Applied for a minimum of 20 relevant roles within the 90-day period using the resume provided
• Roles must be reasonably aligned with your experience level and target role(s)
• Provide evidence of job applications upon request
• Used the resume as delivered, without material alterations
• Must not have declined any interview invitations during the 90-day period
• Rewrite request submitted within 7 days of the guarantee period ending

2.2 What Counts as an Interview

• A phone screening or pre-interview call with a recruiter or hiring manager
• A video or in-person interview
• A request to complete a skills assessment as part of a hiring process

2.3 Exclusions

• Inaccurate, false, or misleading information was provided during discovery
• Applied for roles significantly outside your experience level
• Modified the resume in a way that materially changed its content or ATS compatibility
• Did not meet the minimum 20 application requirement
• Rewrite request submitted after the 7-day claim window

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies whether or not work has commenced.

3.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@thecareerstudio.com.au with your order reference. We process approved refunds back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor, usually within 2 business days.

3.2 After the 30-Day Period

Beyond 30 days, revisions are provided in line with your selected package and the 90-Day Rewrite Guarantee continues to apply.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for services not supplied with due care and skill.
